Find a local problem
Gather three to seven people and define one result that can be seen or measured.
Launch an open prototype
Publish the method, costs, mistakes and results so another group can repeat or improve it.

Small enough to begin.

These are proposals to be designed further, not finished instructions. Every one requires local context, safety rules and a responsible person.

Short materials explaining energy, water, soil, food, AI and democracy without requiring specialist education.

Before the 2027 launch, a public form will collect proposals through a neutral project address. We still need rules for moderation, data protection and publishing criticism. Until then, the website remains a working map.
