If it works

Countries and laboratories can verify results and run their own versions instead of trusting one closed service.

What may go wrong

Unrestricted access to some capabilities could enable weapons, cyberattacks or abuse. Open governance does not have to mean instant access to every high-risk function.

A personal agent, not a content stream

An agent protects attention, translates intention into action and connects people with complementary abilities.

If it works

Instead of keeping a person on screen, it suggests a nearby project, group, place, tool or person worth meeting in the real world.

What may go wrong

An assistant that knows daily life can become a manipulation engine. The user must control its memory, goals, data and complete shutdown.

AI spirit, not AI god

A personal agent may advise on health, work and organisation, but it is not a judge or a condition for receiving help.

If it works

The spirit reminds, warns and suggests. A person can disagree, make a mistake, change their mind or live without it.

What may go wrong

A convenient suggestion can quietly become an order. The system must protect refusal and access to another human.

A constitution of many models

Science, human rights, the biosphere, economics and future generations receive separate analytical voices.

If it works

Before a major decision, several models reveal different consequences, blind spots and groups bearing the cost. Humans remain responsible.

What may go wrong

Models may repeat the same bias or create an illusion of objective consensus. Differences, data and uncertainty must stay visible.

The right to understand a decision

Every important vote receives a short, accessible introduction, the strongest arguments, sources and a description of uncertainty.

If it works

A citizen need not become an expert, but can understand the stakes, alternatives and strongest opposing case in a few minutes.

What may go wrong

The author of a summary can steer the choice through wording and omission. Several independent versions and a right to challenge them are essential.

A major public expense shows financial, environmental, health and social costs, as well as alternatives that will be lost.

If it works

A road is compared not only with another road, but also with public transport, water retention, healthcare and effects decades ahead.

What may go wrong

Not every value fits one score. The measure should support debate, not hide a political decision behind mathematics.

If it works

If it works

If it works

A budget can become a system for tracking purchases and judging people. Calculations should remain local and never create one score of human worth.

If it works

A voluntary AI spirit can notice growing risk and connect someone to a doctor, therapist, friend or support group. If treatment is refused, the system explains consequences, offers alternatives and keeps the way back open.

What may go wrong

Care can become control of food, drink and private life. Scarce care must be allocated by urgency and likely benefit, not by judging a patient's character.

An ecosystem becomes a formally represented party in major investment decisions.

If it works

Before destroying a wetland, forest or migration corridor, someone must present effects on the whole living network and real alternatives.

What may go wrong

An advocate may speak for nature through personal ideology. The role needs evidence, many disciplines, local knowledge and visible uncertainty.

A distributed bank of life

Seeds, spores, microbiomes, cells and knowledge about relationships are stored in many independent places.

If it works

A disaster in one country or laboratory does not destroy the collection. Banks work with living farms, gardens and protected areas.

What may go wrong

Frozen material is not an ecosystem. A bank must never justify destroying living habitats.

Farms connect food, water, biomass, compost, biogas, heat, biodiversity, education and precise robotics.

If it works

Weather-independent growing modules, biogas plants, greenhouses, small robots and agricultural drones form repairable local systems. Companies that build rockets or weapons today produce durable food, energy and rescue modules tomorrow.

What may go wrong

Technology can indebt farmers and erase practical knowledge. Modules must be open, repairable and used only when the balance genuinely improves.

Humans have raised animals for millennia. We should reduce meat consumption for ethical and ecological reasons without pretending that every dietary, medical and cultural question is settled.

If it works

Decades of research compare health and environmental outcomes. Fresh plants, fungi and fruit form the base, complemented where appropriate by fermentation, dairy and limited, ethically sourced animal protein. Farmers receive time and support to change.

What may go wrong

Monitoring can become surveillance and transition can ruin families. At the same time, freedom of choice cannot hide suffering inside an anonymous processed product.

People killing people through goggles and remote-controlled drones is technological progress without moral progress.

If it works

Some rivalry moves to robot arenas without people or animals. Teams score for logistics, rescue, repair, base-building and control of terrain. The same machines must also work in fires, disasters, reconstruction and space.

What may go wrong

An arena could become a laboratory for autonomous weapons or an advertisement for war. It is a provocation for discussion, not the destination.

The Earth Seed

We must learn to move life beyond one planet, but the first step is resilient infrastructure needed here on Earth.

If it works

We begin with weather-independent modules for food, water and energy. Later they connect in orbit, on the Moon and beyond, carrying people, animals, plants, fungi, bacteria and banks of life.

What may go wrong

A space vision can divert resources from Earth or become another conquest project. Every stage should first improve resilience here and protect possible extraterrestrial life.

A controversial transitional hypothesis

The last games of war.

This is not a proposal to perfect war. It asks whether humanity's appetite for rivalry, prestige and spectacle can be separated from killing during a long transition.

War begins close to home

Conflict often begins at a fence, a table, an inheritance or inside a family. Courts and police remain necessary, but many ordinary disputes need a local community, a mediator and a conversation before a small grievance becomes a permanent identity.

We enjoy winning

People like teams, spectacles and the feeling that ours is better. If the other side speaks another language, looks different or prays differently, the brain can add moral superiority with alarming ease. Earth 2127 does not assume this darker trait vanishes after one lecture.

An arena without people

Real-time strategy, for real. Without real death.

Imagine a physical competition inspired by strategy games. Teams design classes of machines, build small bases, defend power lines, capture designated points and perform rescue missions. Victory comes from logistics, resilience, repair, cooperation and ingenuity, not the largest explosion.

Designers, engineers and operators might become celebrities. Robots receive team colours and collectible visual skins. The spectacle could absorb part of our urge to compete while teaching machines to enter a burning building, clear mines, repair a bridge or work on the Moon.

AUTHOR'S VERDICT
The idea is spectacular and perhaps worth debating. But in the best future we play it on a computer, switch it off and build something together that nobody needs to blow up later.
